Payment card information

For certain hotel and resort reservations, a credit or debit card is required to guarantee or confirm the booking. This requirement comes from the property, not from Curated Vacations — even where payment is made directly to the hotel on arrival or departure.

When card details are collected for this purpose, they are stored securely within the Fora Travel secure vault — a PCI-compliant platform operated by Fora Travel Inc. Card details are used solely to confirm the relevant reservation and are never stored by Curated Vacations directly, used for any other charge, or shared with any third party beyond the property for which they are provided.

You will always be informed before card details are requested and given the opportunity to ask questions about how they will be used.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your travel enquiry
• Plan and arrange travel on your behalf, if you engage our services
• Communicate with hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers as needed to fulfil your booking

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never pass your details to a supplier without your knowledge in the course of arranging your travel.

Commission disclosure

Curated Vacations earns commissions from hotels, resorts, and other travel suppliers on completed bookings. There are no fees charged directly to clients. Our recommendations are made on the basis of suitability for your requirements; commission arrangements do not influence the properties or experiences we suggest.

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely and accessed only by us. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
